Ritual 2.0

Here are two new projects I’ve been working on:

* Stock Forecasting using LSTM

* Sentiment Analysis of Stock Market using BERT

Aside from that, I want to share my daily Ritual. This was a pain-staking process because I require scientific publications (more recent the better) as my standard for facts and knowledge. Here we go:


Wake up: Hygiene

  1. Cleanse face with Kiehl’s Facial Fuel Energizing Face Wash
  2. Exfoliate with Foreo Luna 3
  3. Apply Homme Face Herbal Spray Toner
  4. Brush teeth using Philips Sonicare Prestige 9900 using Biorepair Periobioma PRO[^19]
  5. Clean tongue with Tongue Scraper
  6. Floss using Floss Sticks
  7. Rinse with Listerine (anti-cavity, anti-gingivitis)
  8. Trim beard using Philips Norelco Series 9000
  9. Apply Deep Sea Mud Mask or Shiseido Essentials Firming Massage Mask prn [^18]
  10. Apply Jack Black Double Duty Face Moisturizer (SPF 20) or HommeFace Face Moisturizer
  11. Apply Estee Lauder DayWear Eye Gel
  12. Brush hair using Boar Bristle Curved and Vented brush
  13. Apply Armani Code Deodorant
  14. Apply small amount of Acqua Di Gio Giorgio Armani cologne to neck

Morning Ritual:

    • Pectoral - close (targets upper clavicular head) grip bench
    • Upper pectoral - incline bench ~45°
    • Mid pectoral - flys with palms down and thumbs facing one another
    • Lower pectoral - decline bench
    • Dips
    • 90° Cable crossover: (low) + (mid) + (high)
  • Shoulders:
    • Rear deltoid - palm down reverse flyes
    • Lateral deltoid - lean away between legs cable lateral raises
    • DB lean forward 15-30°
    • 3x15 Anterior deltoid - OHP DB standing and sitting; alternate with BB
  • Stretch

Evening Ritual:

  1. Chill out with Olipop drinks
  2. Go to meetings
  3. Talk to/Hang with friends
  4. Play with cat

Nighttime Ritual:

  1. Brew 1Tbsp./ 8 oz of Tiesta Tea - Cocoa Mint Chill, Loose Leaf tea (no caffeine)
  2. Dinner
  3. Take bedtime supplements:

    • Magnesium 500mg qHS [^25][^26][^27]
  4. Cleanse face with Kiehl’s Midnight Recovery Botanical Cleansing Oil using Foreo Luna 3
  5. Apply Kiehl’s Midnight Recovery Concentrate (overnight) or Midnight Recovery Omega Rich Botanical Night Cream (overnight)
  6. Brush teeth routine same as that in Morning Ritual
  7. Listen to TTC (The Teaching Company) audiolectures while I go to sleep.
